We offer returns when the item has not been worn if there are signs of use we will not accept the return. All tags must still be attached, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item along with a valid receipt. See full policy here.

If you would like to exchange your item you may purchase a second item and we will then accept the return of the first item and offer a refund. We offer returns when the item has not been worn if there are signs of use we will not accept the return. All tags must still be attached, the item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the item along with a valid receipt.
If you do plan on shipping a product for an exchange, please keep in mind that we will not bear the additional cost.
Winterluxe utilizes Australia Post for all domestic orders and we also deliver internationally. All international orders are trackable via Sendly international service. Since we are based in Melbourne, Australia we will verify the approximate number of days it may take for delivery when you receive your shipping details. Domestic orders will take approximately 14 days. Delivery costs can be found on our site in the checkout and will not be refundable. Our goal is to have your order dispatched within 72 hours of receiving the delivery information. Please keep in mind that any delivery information is an estimate and is subject to change. In order to receive the delivery, all parcels must be signed for. If someone is unable to sign for the parcel, it should be delivered to the nearest post office.
Product Variance Statement
It is important to note that product variance may occur. We hope that you can understand that our products are handcrafted, making them luxurious and unique. We do not consider variance as defective because all measurements are approximate and variance will occur with any other retailer. These variances may include length, dye colour, and fabric differences. We hope you can understand our efforts to create a product that is warm, lush, and fashionable.
To ensure the longevity of your leggings, we recommend that you do not machine dry your leggings. We suggest that you wash them as you normally would with cold water and then leave to air dry.

Please keep in mind that if you do so, you are authorizing Winterluxe to share your digital photos on our various social platforms without consideration or consent. A limited quantity of tights made at each release. Winterluxe reserves the right to announce a style to be sold out. If you have paid and we cannot fulfil the order we will refund your purchase amount.
