Your Go-To Guide To Looking Fashionable On The Slopes!

If you want to make a trip to the mountains a special event, you may want to try some of these tips to look chic in the chalet. From cosy base layers to retro colour blocking, we've put together a few favourite tips and tricks that will keep you feeling luxurious all day!

Winterluxe luxury leggings

Whether you're skiing or relaxing with the family at the ski lodge, these leggings are sure to keep you toasty and warm on your next snow trip. Available in a variety of styles and lengths, who knew it was possible to look amazing and feel so comfortable at the same time?!

Fur

When in doubt, (faux) fur is the way to go. Whether you have a fur jacket or a fur-trimmed hood/hat, adding a secondary texture to your look is a way to stand out on the slopes. A little bit of luxury!

Add a pop of color

We all know you can’t go wrong with a neutral or monochromatic look, but every now and then, adding a pop of color can really make a statement. Imagine an all black look with a red beanie or yellow scarf. Adding just one colorful item to your typical slopestyle can really make heads turn.

Retro Vibes

Personally, this is one of my favourite tips! Adding a piece of vintage-wear or a retro color to your go-to ski outfit can create a really fun look. For example: creating a polar blue ice look with a jacket and leggings paired with oversized sunglasses will bring everyone back to the 80’s with you.

Winter Boots

Another favourite of mine is boots! There are so many different types of boots to choose from, but I like to make sure that mine are fashionable yet warm at the same time. If you’re looking to ditch the UGGS, maybe try stepping out of your comfort zone and trying something with a little bit of faux fur or color. Sorel is a great brand of winter boots that considers warmth and style when creating their designs.
